When one thinks of a farmhouse or river home, the terms elegant and glamorous might not enter the mind. However, this new construction home on a serene, picturesque river received a sophisticated yet relaxed design treatment. Our firm worked very closely with a custom home builder and specified all interior finishes from flooring to plumbing, as well as all furnishings. In addition, JMD devised floor plans, lighting design, and exterior finishes. John McClain Design introduced a mixture of elements including stone, brass, leather and metals. The final result is one that we are extremely proud of and we hope that you enjoy the distinctive blend of this completed river home.
