Sometimes you just need to update what is already pretty good. That’s what we did with this massive endeavor and recipient of an ASID award. The client loved the bones of the house, but the floorplan needed some work. Our team completely opened up this home and gutted it from top to bottom. The result is a charming, elegant and easy flowing floorplan.
