What’s the key to renovating a home that was designed by one of the most prominent California architects of the mid-century? Simple: pay homage to the past, while updating it for today. In this Hollywood Hills home, we give a nod to mid-century design while adding glamorous and masculine touches. Lots of custom features are also included, from furniture to wallcovering all in dark, moody, and sexy finishes. Architect, Ray Kappe, designed this building in 1963, and we think he would be just at home in it today. Featured in Elle Decor and the winner of a 1st Place ASID award.
