Starting this month out strong, John McClain Design had the amazing opportunity to be featured in California’s January/February 2023 premier design magazine issue, SoCal Design. We are incredibly grateful to have had the chance to share a bit of our journey with this beautiful project and our lovely clients. 

 

Now published, we are reminded how our connection was instant in meeting our clients for the first time. They were so open, gracious, and willing to embrace all the home and life could offer.  Working within their home felt so seamless and natural. In every project we face challenges.  This particular project presented us with no less than six elevations.  Our end results were taken to another level by employing an open mind, mixing modern lines, accenting boldly, and never compromising the family’s functionality.  

 

As you can see in the photos, every space was well-addressed and tells its own story. One of our favorite spaces is the dining room. The family wanted to live freely in the new space so we were set on a mission to use materials that were nearly indestructible. The striking, colorfully chic area is pleasing to the eye and gives our clients peace of mind and confidence to live as they please.
